Olfactive Specialist

　　Key Responsibilities :

　　Apply olfactive procedures and HSE rules

　　Responsible for decision approval/rejection on fragrance finished products

　　Participate to Raw Materials evaluations

　　Lead and Facilitate investigations to provide feedback related to olfactive non-conformances

　　Take part in and lead continuous improvement projects/ initiatives

　　You bring :

　　Freshly graduated from University with a MSc degree OR equivalent with a +5 years' relevant experience in olfaction

　　A laboratory experience in fragrance olfaction or ingredients for fragrances is an asset

　　Excellent team player with curiosity and willingness to explore new challenges

　　Effective communication, easily connecting to others and listening actively

　　Effective decision-maker within aera of expertise

　　Good technical understanding, knowledge of raw materials for perfume and procedure (ISO, QHSE, 5S)

　　Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

　　Fluent in French (C1) and English (C1)
