　　Sodexo Campus Segment is seeking a Reatil Concessions Manager at the Troy University located in Troy, Alabama. The Reatil Concessions Manager will be focused on driving sales and the fan experience through the areas of customer service and client relations/satisfaction. This position requires concessions and/or retail background in large stadium and arena settings and will be responsible for the oversight of concerts, basketball games and special events at the arena as well as assisting with football, baseball, softball, and soccer game day operations.

　　The Reatil Concession Manager is a highly visible position and will be responsible for daily contact with Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and 3rd party vendors; scheduling; training and managing volunteers to operate event day sales; cash handling, balancing end of shift reports; management of special events; HACCP/Sanitation and cost controls; ordering and stocking concession stands and carts with the proper counts and products; managing and maintaining inventory.

　　Success in the position is predicated on organization, planning and great customer service skills. The ability to develop strong client relations is essential along with attention to detail and knowledge of unit finances.

　　The successful candidate will have:

　　Concessions management with alcoholic beverage sales experience at large stadium/arena venues;

　　Strong financial skills and cash handling experience;

　　Strong understanding of and practical experience with HACCP;

　　Experience managing and developing a talented and diverse team of employees;

　　Ability to communicate and delegate effectively under pressure.
