Job OverviewUnder the direction of management of the Nutrition department, this position prepares catering event requisitions including event data, menu with garnishes, equipment and utensils needed for service; sets up and serves Doctors dining room; practices safe and sanitary habits while performing all assigned duties; performs numerous activities that require constant interaction with co-workers, so must function as a team player; and provides prompt, courteous and friendly service at all times. Provides coverage and support in other areas as needed by management when catering volume is low.
