Based in our St. Louis, MO location, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth of the Electronics & Controls residential HVACR portfolio through our national accounts in the retail space. Copeland Electronics & Controls (White-Rodgers) has been a leading provider of heating and cooling solutions for residential applications, serving HVACR wholesale distribution for more than 75 years. In this position, you will develop long-term, value-adding relationships with corporate and regional contacts at our national accounts as well as with contacts in the highest potential, in regional/local markets. This position is based at Copeland HQ in St. Louis.

As a Retail Account Manager, you will:
Develop and strengthen national account relationships.
Identify, quantify, and integrate portfolio growth opportunities with national accounts.
Ensure the execution of the National Accounts annual business plan.
Identify key account contacts at corporate and branch locations, providing call reports and up-to-date sales data and information in Salesforce CRM system.
Determine share position and formulate sales and marketing plan, by portfolio and by season, to increase sales by an agreed upon percentage.
Coordinate and process fiscal year program agreements across accounts.
Collaborate with accounts in implementing new product setup and sales execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge and insight of HVACR competitive product positioning at key accounts, including share position by portfolio.

Schedule:
We offer the flexibility of a core hour work schedule. Our teams work together to ensure their chosen work schedules are supporting our customers. This role has a travel requirement of 10% of its time.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
B.A. / B.S. degree
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with B2B solution selling processes at the national account level
Proficiency in the application of Microsoft Office suite
Experience in using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) to manage account contacts, tasks, sales calls, and forecast pipeline.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
