As an Analyst within the Fixed Income team in Los Angeles, you will extract, analyze, and present results and findings to internal and external stakeholder groups in support of investment and distribution decisions. You will ask the right questions to ensure understanding of underlying needs behind data asks, forming a narrative out of data, and visualizing it in a way that makes sense, is actionable, and aligns business processes. You will provide best practices to assess and maintain benchmarks and indexes used by portfolio managers to guide investment decisions and actions. You will lead complex work, aligning stakeholders, managing risks (e.g., legal, operations), and setting precedence.

You have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, MIS, or other quantitative field of study.You have 3+ years of experience with Fixed Income; preferably with Attribution and portfolio analysisYou have a related charter (CIPM, CFA, and/or FRM), a related MBA, or have significant and related experience in the fieldYou have experience with related systems (e.g., FactSet Portfolio Analysis, Point, Bloomberg, MorningStar Direct, BI-SAM B-One, Tableau, Business Objects, or Crystal); Excellent MS Excel skills (e.g., functions, charting, and pivot tables)You have experience with data modeling, data manipulation skills, or experience with data warehouse design may be required for some rolesYou enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity are essential for success.
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
