Use suggestive selling techniques to offerfood specials, menu items, daily desserts, and other promotions. Turnsin all cash and charge transactions at the end of each shift. Understandand comply with health/sanitation and alcohol standards and communicateall concerns to management including issues with health, sanitation,staff, inventory, and guests.
