JOB REQUIREMENTS: To oversee the daily operations of the Restaurant, andCaf to enhance our guests dining experience through the highest ofservice standards. -Responsible for the daily operations of theRestaurant and Caf area. -Achieve appropriate staffing within thedepartments utilizing proper interviewing and hiring procedures. -Trainand supervise the staff of all area\'s utilizing an on-going trainingprogram. -Supervises the Restaurant and Cafe staff in the delivery ofservices. -Manage guest/group reservations for the Restaurant andspecial events. -Schedule staff consistent with the volume of businessand guest needs and with budgetary guidelines. -Assist with the bookingof F&B entertainment for the outlets. -Maintain outlet facilities andequipment in good working order by identifying maintenance needs andpreparing and logging all maintenance requests. -Inform staff of dailyspecials, price changes and property events on a daily basis. -Close outregister and reconciles cash at the end of the shift. -Ensure that allreservations for guests are controlled, including table assignments,section assignments, timely seating. -Assist guest with any specialrequest, problems or concerns that may arise. -Performs the duties ofHost, Waitstaff, Bus person, Bartender, Barback, Expeditor and FoodRunner as needed. -Assist and supervisor in any food or beverage outletswhen necessary.
