Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to help maintain a clean and safe environment in our restaurant. As a Restaurant Image, you'll be responsible for ensuring that both the interior and exterior of the restaurant meet our high cleanliness standards. This role requires no prior experience - we will provide training! If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and enjoy cleaning, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform janitorial and sanitation duties both inside and outside the restaurant.

Deep clean and detail various areas, including equipment and high-touch surfaces.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas.

Follow safety and cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleaning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No experience required - we will train you!

Must be able to work early mornings (7AM - 11AM)

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
