　　As the Restaurant General Manager, your leadershipwill be pivotal in the pre-opening andongoing operations of Lola Rose . You willbe responsible foroverseeing all aspects of Lola Rose, ensuring exceptional serviceis offereduponevery touchpoint of this memorable dining experience for our guests. This isafantasticopportunity,years in the making,for a seasoned Food & Beverage professional to be a part ofthisnew and innovative restaurantdebuting inthe Palm Springs culinary scene!

　　The Lola Rose General Manager Responsibilities may include:

　　Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of Lola Rose and related operations in the front and back of the house

　　Develop and recommend the budget,conceptsandobjectives, and manage within those approved plans

　　Implement and maintain food & beverage sales/marketing programs

　　Direct and oversee development of colleagues

　　Hire, train, and empower restaurant colleagues

　　Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for Lola Rose and relatedoperations

　　Coordinate operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service

　　Resolve customer concerns asappropriate tomaintaina high levelof customer satisfaction and quality

　　Implement procedures to increase guest and colleague satisfaction

　　Exercise quality control for both food and beverage

　　Maintain Hyatt and Thompson standards of service and ensure their implementation

　　Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards

　　Maintain communications with Corporate Office

　　Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures

　　Foster a high energy, positive, and professionally presented team

　　Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions

　　The salary range for this leadership opportunity is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. This is the pay range that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

　　Thompson Palm Springs is poised to become the desert’s most exciting destination tailored for influential locals and sophisticated globetrotters alike. Situated at the heart of the city’s iconic Palm Canyon Drive, the hotel will offer a collection of 168 bungalow-inspired guest rooms and suites coupled with our total event space of 8,000 square feet plusadditionaloutdoor and unique spaces. Thompson Palm Springs will house two bespoke pools andaccompanyinglounges, andan impressive array of ground-level retail space spanning over30,000-square-feet. Guests will also have access toa state-of-the-artfitness center and a first-of-its-kind tasting room from HALL Napa Valley, withadditionalfood & beverage offeringsto follow.

　　Qualifications:

　　Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people

　　4 years or more of progressive F&B management experience

　　Prior luxury or lifestyle Food & Beverage work experience preferred

　　Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

　　Proven leadership skills

　　Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset

　　Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume luxury concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line

　　Clear concise written and verbal communication skills

　　Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

　　Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

　　Experience in implementing new and creative food & beverage concepts
