  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining executives' schedules, preparing various documents, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

  salary: $33 - $35 per hour

  shift: First

  work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

  Responsibilities

  Manage and maintain executives' schedules.

  Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

  Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

  Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including fax and email.

  File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

  Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.

  Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

  Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

  Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.

  Make travel arrangements for executives.

  Perform other related duties as assigned.

  Required Qualifications:

  High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  1-2 years of MS Office experience.

  Efficient keyboarding skills.

  Ability to interact across the organization at all levels.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  1-2 years of administrative assistance experience.

  2-4 years of MS Office experience.

  Efficient keyboarding skills.

  Ability to interact across the organization at all levels.
