  Job Summary:

  *Job Specifications: *

  Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour

  Shift type: Full Time and Part Time, Weekends and Holidays

  Skill Level: Entry

  *Job Responsibilities: *

  Make connections with guests and co-workers

  Share our passion for the mountains during service

  Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting

  Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables

  Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day

  Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need, and be knowledgeable of where guests can go for additional support.

  *Job Requirements: *

  We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed

  Desire to learn and grow

  Must be able to communicate fluently in English

  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

  Work a varied schedule including weekends & holidays

  A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

  Mountain Activities

  Retail Rental operations

  Food and Beverage Support

  Ticket sales or scanning

  Lift Operations

  Base Area Operations

  Additional requirements for hires under age 18:

  Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdateThe expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
