  Job Description Summary

  Chez GE Power Conversion, une division de GE Vernova, nous fournissons des solutions d'électrification pour supporter la transformation électrique des infrastructures énergétiques mondiale.   Notre organisation Service couvre une large base installée (145 000 systèmes installés tels que moteurs, générateurs et variateurs, 11 000 sites clients répartis dans plus de 130 pays). Nous proposons des offres telles que l'intervention sur site, les upgrade, les réparation majeures de moteur, la formation, les contrats de service et le soutien en pièces de rechange.

  Nous recherchons actuellement un responsable du service commandes client pièces de rechange qui sera en charge de piloter une équipe générant un chiffre d'affaire annuel de $30MM, de gérer les commandes et les escalades urgentes (300 clients, 1000 cdes/an) tout en assurant une satisfaction client exceptionnelle.

  At GE Power Conversion, part of GE Vernova, we provide electrification solutions to help drive the electric transformation of the world's energy infrastructure. We work with some of the world's major energy, maritime and industrial organizations, helping to enable a transition to energy efficiency and decarbonization, including through our specialist motors, drives and control technologies.

  Our service organization support a large installed base (145k installed product like motor, generator and drives, 11k customer sites located in more than 130 countries). We provide offering such as on site intervention, upgrade, major motor repair, training, service contract and spare parts.

  We are currently seeking a Service Parts Customer order Manager who will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing customer inquiries and escalations (order $30M/yr, 300 customers, 1000 orders/yr), and driving operational rigor and people management.

  Job Description

  Encadrer une équipe de Sales Order Managers (10 p.) - repartie sur 4 sites (France, Inde). Encadrer en développant l'équipe afin de fournir des conseils et un soutien dans le service client et la gestion des commandes. Identifiez les opportunités de développement pour les membres de l'équipe, améliorez leur visibilité et soutenir leur développement de carrière.Guider votre équipe pour exécuter et monitorer le cycle complet depuis la prise de commande jusqu'au recouvrementCollaborer avec les équipes de l'ingénierie, de Quotation, des achats et approvisionnement, de la logistique pour améliorer la performance de la supply chain et l'OTD% (On time delivery)Fournir une visibilité sur la performance financière et opérationnelle du service Parts sur une base hebdomadaire, mensuelle et trimestrielle ceci afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente, de marge et de collecte de trésorerie ainsi que la gestion des risques et opportunités associés.Travailler avec les responsables segment (Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrie) et les responsables des ventes pour promouvoir une satisfaction client exceptionnelle sur les comptes clés ainsi que soutenir les clients internes de GE Power Conversion (Services, autres P&L GEPC).Développer les méthodologies d'amélioration continue grâce à l'utilisation des principes Lean dans les opérations quotidiennes.Démontrer une solide connaissance des logiciels et des solutions SAP (module Material Management), agir en tant que mentor et développer l'expertise de l'équipe, rationaliser les processus et tirer pleinement parti de l'outil pour les spécificités de la supply chain pieces de rechange

  In this role you will be responsible for

  Leading an established team of Sales Order Managers (10 p.) - 4 sites (France, India). Coach and develop the team, providing guidance and support in customer service and order management. Identify growth opportunities for team members, enhance their visibility, and support their career development.Managing your team to execute and monitor the full order to remittance cycle: from Purchase Order to Cash collectionCollaborating with Parts Engineering, Quoting team, Sourcing, Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics teams to improve OTD%.Providing clear visibility on the P&L Parts performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to achieve the Sales, Margin and Cash collection targets as well as the associated risk & opportunities management.Working with France Segment and Sales Leader to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction on key accounts as well as supporting GE Power Conversion internal customers (Services, other GEPC P&Ls) to ensure effective delivery of parts to their service jobs. Owning continuous improvement through the engagement of lean principles in daily operations. Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs.Demonstrate a strong SAP software and solutions knowledge (Material Management module), act as mentor and develop the team expertise, streamline processes and fully leverage the tool to aftermarket supply chain specificities.

  Qualifications/Requirements::

  Vous êtes titulaires d'un diplôme niveau Bac +5 en supply chain managementVous justifiez de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans les opérations, supply chain manufacturing ou service et avez une première expérience réussie dans le management d'équipeVous maitrisez Microsoft Office (en particulier Excel) et le logiciel SAPVous avez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, avec un esprit collaboratifVous montrez une aisance pour interagir à tous les niveaux de leadershipVous maitrisez l'anglais, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral

  Master's dregree in supply chain management2 to 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain manufacturing or service partsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & deep knowledge in SAP softwareExcellent Interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindsetComfortable working across all levels of leadershipWriting, Reading and Verbal English fluency
