JOB REQUIREMENTS: *** SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE - \$3,000 ***Accountabilities/Duties: Demonstrates knowledge of and behaviorsconsistent with the Hospital Code of Business Ethics and CorporateCompliance policies and procedures on a daily basis. Embrace anddemonstrate the Mission, Vision, Values, and Dimensions. Demonstratesproficiency in the assessment of infant, pediatric, adolescent, adultand geriatric patients. Demonstrates proficiency in developingRespiratory Care plan for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult andgeriatric patients. Demonstrates clinical competence: oxygen therapy,respiratory medication delivery, hyperinflation therapy, bronchialhygiene, CPR/airway management, mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, and Highflow nasal cannula (HFNC). Diagnostics: ABG, Oximetry, ECG, and PFTDirects the Pulmonary Rehab program in collaboration with the CardiacRehab Therapist. Other duties as assigned.
