Unit Description

　　Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Texas Southern University in Houston, TX .

　　We are looking for a strong Retail Manager 2 to oversee $2M in revenue with 40+ employees. The Retail Manager will drive sales, build employee morale, train and develop employees, drive and monitor company safety policy and procedures. The Retail Manager will report to the General Manager. Typical shift will be 8am - 6pm. Here at TX Southern with Sodexo, we offer Einstein Bagels, Chick-fil-A Express, Naturals, Bengal Burger, We Proudly Serve (coming in the fall), and some concessions.

　　We are looking for candidates who will manage:

　　frontline staff;

　　cash handing process;

　　department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;

　　frontline training programs;

　　opening and closing the operation; and

　　daily operation standards.
