　　Accounts Payable Area Lead

　　POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Area Lead to work in the accounting department in our Boise, Idaho office. In this role, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable ensuring accountability, accuracy, and great customer service as well as mentoring and coaching personnel for growth within the team. This position can be a hybrid work from the office and home with the flexibility to meet the needs of the team.

　　Given the nature of this job the right candidate will need:

　　Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable

　　Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills

　　Strong general accounting basics with a focus in AP

　　Strong customer service skills

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Strong analytical skills

　　General Tasks

　　Lead the Accounts Payable team

　　Understanding of Accounts Payable functionality in the ERP system

　　Supervision of vendor payments and expense accruals

　　Monitoring and Review of Account Reconciliations

　　Assist in AP weekly processes

　　Other AP and supervisory activities as needed

　　Required Education/Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree with focus in Accounting

　　In lieu of degree 6+ years of accounting experience

　　2+ years management experience

　　Strong Microsoft suite skills

　　Solid communication skills

　　Strong leadership skills

　　Desired Education/Experience:

　　Familiar with Dynamics or other ERP systems

　　College degree with a focus in Accounting

　　4+ years of accounting experience

　　2+ years of supervisory experience
