Job Description
As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the optimization and stewardship of resource allocation across agency departments and clients. In a dynamically changing business environment, having great communication skills to cultivate and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments is crucial. The resource management function is expected to improve resource planning to avoid project delays, lost revenue, low productivity, higher costs, and increased employee turnover. You will need to quickly adapt to changing priorities and opportunities to ultimately accelerate business growth. You will have access to both live and historical data in which you will learn to craft thoughtful storytelling using the data.

Essential duties and responsibilities would include:
Supporting the management of agency resources with neutrality, confidentiality, and discretion via the following:
Resource requests/Project In-take
Data report-outs; burn, allocation risks, historical assignment grids
Allocation heat mapping
Scope of work vs Resourcing – real-time review of variance and impact
Facilitate department leads’ ability to visualize their own resources for casting
Act as a trusted advisor with important connectivity to department leads and Client Operations Group.
Partner with department leads to ensure casting and specialization remain a priority.
Ensure resource data is complete, current, and accessible.
Prepare reports, analyze data, and communicate consistently and concisely.
Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities.
Become familiar with specific client contracts and financial models as it relates to reconciling and hitting specific revenue goals as it relates to resource burn.
Help identify, recommend, create, define, and implement process improvements for the Resource Management function.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Operations, Project Management or Resource Management.
Prior experience and understanding of Account, Creative, and/or Digital advertising skillsets is preferred. Additional experience in other advertising skillsets is a bonus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships, following through on commitments, and attention to detail.
General familiarity with end-to-end advertising campaign development and production process, and associated resource requirements.
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with proven data interpretation abilities.
Ability to problem-solve across functional areas.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, particularly Microsoft Excel is a must.
Experience in writing and presenting recommendations to client and internal stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $117,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
