Restoring Families Duties & Responsibilities: Toassure that applicable rules, policies and procedures are being followedon their shifts. To provide leadership to their shift. To implement eachclient\'s individual Level Plan objectives under the direction of theClinical Supervisor and Program Supervisor. Ensure all necessarydocumentation for shift is completed accurately and submitted forreview. To provide appropriate, safe responses to emergency situationswhen necessary. To develop strong, supportive relationships with theclients and employees. To provide for client care and safety, andobserve all safety measures. Access, plan and implement crisisinterventions with clients. To notify Program Director immediately inthe event of a client crisis, suspected illegal activity or any behaviorconstituting an incident in the program. To perform other duties asassigned by the Assistant Director and/or Program Director. MinimumQualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Social Sciences or 2 years relatedfield preferred. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills; Priorsupervisory experience. At least two years of experience in HumanServices working with adolescents. Must have valid driver\'s license;Must meet Agency requirements for driving history records. Must pass aCORI within the standards identified by EEC. Must have availability ofan automobile to transport clients or perform other supportive servicesas necessary. Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) and biculturalencouraged to apply.
