　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a part-time Residential Services Aide, you will be responsible and accountable for assisting lead work and supervisory residential staff with development, delivery and monitoring of treatment, training and related services provided in the Central Building of Selinsgrove Center. As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, you will deliver treatment and training services in the areas of self-care, socialization, and health maintenance as specified in each individual's Individual Support Plan with overall coordination and direction coming from the QDDP/RSS.
