  Position Overview

  World Insurance is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who is eager to start a career within Human Resources.

  Primary Responsibilities

  Work closely with HR team to provide a high touch experience for internal and external candidates and assist HR team with scheduling and onboarding.

  Oversee candidate relationship

  Source a diverse slate of active and passive candidates across multiple business openings

  Strategize different ways to build pipeline

  Assist and execute a variety of tasks related to the candidate lifecycle, including but not limited to, screening candidates, scheduling candidate interviews, calendar maintenance and collection of interviewer feedback

  Posts and maintains openings on both internal and external career sites, campus sites and other platforms

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  0-2+ years of human resources/recruiting experience or applicable internship experience preferred

  Must work with a strong sense of urgency to completion

  Exceptional detail-oriented approach to work

  Superior client service skills

  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

  Proactive, self-starter, and a team player with a positive attitude that is able to work with minimal supervision

  Ability to maintain confidential information and act with discretion regarding all HR activities
