　　We are looking for aResidential Loan Processor/Underwriterfor our Indianola location.

　　The position entailscreating early documents and closing documents for secondary market and in house loans; working with lenders to ensure all items required for closing are ordered and received in a timely manner; inputting closed loans into bank software and following up on post-closing documents; verifying all residential loan procedures and documents are compliant with regulatory requirements in the areas of TRID, RESPA, HMDA, etc.;analyzing applicants' financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan; and creates QM documentation and repayment analysis to demonstrate applicants DTI, LTV, and credit score are within bank policy in addition to demonstrating the loans ability to pass all QM, HPML, and HOEPA requirements.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Qualified candidates have an Associate Degree or equivalent loan processing experience and a High School Diploma/GED. One year mortgage processing and/or underwriting experience preferred. Must have good customer service skills, the ability to multitask, be detail oriented, have great organizational skills, bookkeeping skills and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel.

　　SCHEDULE:

　　A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

　　COMPENSATION:

　　Compensation Range (compensatory based on previousbankingexperience): Pay range $21.63 - $30.28/hr.
