　　Job Description/Essential Functions:

　　Purpose:* To facilitate client growth and development toward self-sufficiency in daily living skills, socialization and community living.* To facilitate clients' stabilization in the community.* To work cooperatively with team members.Supervision Received:* Receives general supervision from assigned Program Manager.Supervision Exercised:* N/A

　　Job Qualifications:

　　Qualifications:* Associates degree and 2 years experience working in the mental health field or High school diploma and 3 years experience in the mental health field; or any combination of education, experience and training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.. Demonstrated crisis intervention/prevention and de-escalation skills required.* Proficient communication skills, both oral and written.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Some knowledge of the mental health system and supports.* Required to possess a valid drivers' license with an acceptable driving record.Scope:* Frequent talking and listening.* Requires the ability to lift carry, fold, kneel, reach, stack, stoop and bend which may include direct intervention with residents.* Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills.* May require crisis intervention in emergency situations.* May be required to report to work during emergencies including inclement weather.
