TheResident Assistant assists in the dining room and participating inactivities and outings. Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities: Assistresidents with ADL\'s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on theindividualized service agreement Help each resident to reach andmaintain the highest level of performance and independence. Provideresidents with both physical and emotional support. Assist withtreatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident serviceagreement The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes inphysical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss ofappetite, weight, etc. to case manager.
