　　As a Resident Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to our residents, helping them live life to the fullest while maintaining their independence. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and medication reminders.Foster meaningful connections with residents through engaging interactions and attentive, empathetic care.Support a vibrant and stimulating community by assisting with recreational activities, events, and outings.Collaborate with the care team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and infection control.Qualifications:

　　Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to senior care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.High school diploma or equivalent; *CNA *certification a plus.Prior experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred but not required.Benefits:
