　　? Assists in the preparation and production of project/client presentations and reports, as well as the quarterly Market Report.

　　? Assists in the day-to-day operations of the department, including overseeing staff, recruiting, and tracking performance.

　　? Coordinates projects regionally as well as nationally as required by the national research operations team.

　　? Reviews and evaluates collected data results, makes appropriate recommendations.

　　? Manages broker requests for data / research information

　　? Manages and leads special projects as requested by senior management.

　　? May prepare progress reports on the status of projects.

　　? Accompanies sales professionals as needed on client presentations and pitches.

　　? Other duties may be assigned.

　　? Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.

　　? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

　　? Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

　　? Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

　　? Ability to monitor and coordinate all types of projects with limited or indirect supervision
