　　This role supports the lead of the global GBS Continuous Improvement team in the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies and functions.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Responsible for the development and administration of BI tools, mainly Power BI, by translating complex data into comprehensive visuals, to enable quick business decisions

　　Develop automated solutions for identified opportunities, by leveraging different technologies such as VBA/Macro, SAP Scripting, SQL, Python, Power Apps or Power Automate

　　Identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility of automation

　　Support the business with regular analysis of data and reporting of Continuous Improvement pipeline (IMS)

　　Ensures that automations developed are properly documented and compliant with MCBC IT Security requirements

　　SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

　　A minimum of 1 year development experience with one of the BI reporting tools, preferably Power BI

　　Experience working with large databases and BI tools to create reporting solutions

　　Experience in working as business analyst or developer of automated digital solutions

　　Experience in shared service operations or process consultancy

　　Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures

　　Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and Lean solutions

　　NICE TO HAVE

　　Experience with VBA/Macro, SAP Scripting, SQL, Python, SharePoint, Power Apps or Power Automate

　　Experience in Finance industry
