Description

　　Join our team as a Research Finance Administrator, playing a crucial role in managing extramural funds, contracts, and grants for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. As the primary research administrator for assigned Principal Investigators (PIs), you will be responsible for both pre-award and post-award functions. This position involves a range of duties, including proposal submissions, grant/subaward/subcontract budget development, financial management and reporting, and acting as a departmental resource for policy interpretation. In this role, you will also handle financial management of gifts and endowment funds and collaborate on generating quarterly research metrics reports.

　　Salary Range: $64,800.00/year - $137,600.00/yearQualifications

　　Must have a solid understanding of research administration policies regarding pre-award administration, proposal development, contracts and grant awards, subcontracts.

　　Ability to perform moderately complex financial analysis and customized reporting.

　　Strong communication skills to articulate policies and procedures.

　　Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
