Job Summary
The Clark Center for Global Markets is seeking a highly accomplished,early career researcher interested in the area of market design as aClark Center Research Fellow. The position begins during the summer of2024 and is expected to last one or two years. A Clark Center Fellow isexpected to conduct original research of exceptionally high quality andto participate in and contribute to the academic environment at ChicagoBooth. This position will solely focus on research and will not have anyteaching requirements associated with it.
Responsibilities
As an integral part of the economics and/or finance group at ChicagoBooth, the Clark Center Research Fellow is free from teachingrequirements, and is expected to pursue independent research in thefield of market design, broadly defined.The specific area of study will reflect the research interests ofthe candidate.Organizes academic conferences, hosts acclaimed scholars, andengages with the rich intellectual life of Chicago Booth.Disseminates work and interacts with the research community throughworkshops, academic seminars, and conference talks.Engages in the intellectual environment of Chicago Booth throughworkshops, presentations, seminars, and collaboration with facultyand other researchers.Uses subject matter and best practices knowledge to perform laband/or research-related duties and tasks. Works independently toassist with project design.Guides data collection, evaluation and analysis. Designs and managesdatabases. Writes reports, articles and manuscripts.Performs other related work as needed.Minimum Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in relatedfield.
