  Research Coordinator

  Job Description Summary

  The Research Coordinator will support and conduct research at the direction of the WBL faculty director, currently Maurice Schweitzer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing research projects, such as the development of an AI-powered negotiation chatbot, conducting interactive experiments, supervising research assistants (hiring, on-boarding, coordinating for research projects, approving timesheets, etc.) assisting with proposals, running experiments, completing IRB's, analyzing data, reviewing research articles, coordinating lab meetings and outings, coordinating with collaborators and other administrative departments, creating a database of Qualtrics files and IRB's and other duties as assigned. This may include a range of methods from using a negotiation bot, analyzing and collecting field data, running in-person interactions, and analyzing text data.

  Coordinate Research Assistants for the Director and collaborators.

  Manage research projects for the Director.

  Hire, onboard and approve time sheets for Research Assistants.

  Schedule meetings and events.

  Complete IRB's

  Review articles

  Create surveys and analyze data

  Meet with Research Coordinators, Researchers, and other departments

  Assist with proposals

  Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  Qualifications

  Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  A strong background in math and psychology, and familiarity with Excel, Qualtrics, and behavioral research methods is preferred.

  The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and self-directed, adept at self-teaching technical skills from online tutorials and with an interest in economics and psychology research

  $37,220.00 - $53,000.00 Annual Rate

  Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
