JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bank of Luxemburg is hiring a part time CustomerService Associate to work 20-25 hours per week, including 2-3 Saturdaymornings per month. PrincipalResponsibilities and Duties: 1. Process Teller Transaction A. Processsavings, checking and time deposit transactions. B. Process customerloan payments, safe deposit box payments savings bond redemptions andcash advance requests. C. Issue personal money orders and cashierschecks. D. Balance and verify cash drawer. E. Wrap coin and currency. F.Assist with the processing of daily Imaging. G. Assist with maintainingbranch ATM/ITM machine. H. Perform branch opening and closing duties. I.Maintain postage stamp inventory. J. Order checks and deposit ticketsfor customers. K. Assist customers with imaging research and balancingaccounts. L. Identify and report potential fraudulent customer activity.M. Follow appropriate bank policies, procedures and regulatorycompliance when completing transactions. N. Evaluate and place holdswhen necessary for transactions. O. Add and perform maintenance oncustomer and non-customer information profiles. P. Assist with customersafe deposit box access. Q. Assist with EFT card travel alerts andonline banking and 24 hour banker inquiries. 2. Cross Sell Bank ServicesA. Promote products and services of the Bank including deposits, loans,and investment services. B. Refer interested customers to appropriatedepartments. C. Answer customer inquiries in regards to new and existingaccounts. D. Attend training and sales meetings as assigned. 3. Act as aReceptionist A. Answer incoming phone inquiries and transfer toappropriate personnel if necessary. B. Greet branch customers promptly,answer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong people skillsrequired.
