Description: Job Description:

　　Responsible for managing the Cross Technology initiative and base funding allocations.

　　Act as a liaison between technology teams and business support managers to assist with technology funding related gaps, challenges and changes.

　　Role responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

　　Developing tools and tracking mechanisms to ensure all financial decisions and changes are clearly documented and communicated on a timely basis

　　Resource and Direct Expense forecasting

　　Ensuring programs and projects are forecasted as expected from a spend perspective

　　Partnering with the Tech Teams, BSMs, PMO and in some cases LOB

　　Assisting project teams in activities to resolve planning and funding issues/gaps

　　Supporting strategic and ad hoc business support and financial needs

　　Required Skills:

　　Preferred of 5-7 years previous Client, technology strategic planning or project management experience

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Ability to succinctly convey information to executive leaders and stakeholders

　　Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, quickly identify their needs and develop plans to support them.

　　Ability to anticipate the next step in the process and develop proactive plans / tools to address

　　Understanding of DAIC, Agile, PPRT, PCM, and other Client project management methodologies and tools.

　　Demonstrated ability to manage multiple (potentially competing) tasks and to work effectively across teams

　　SharePoint set up and maintenance

　　Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

　　Microsoft Excel, Data Mining, Forecasting

　　Preferred of 2-5 years previous Client, technology strategic planning or project management experience
