Job Description:
Monitors warehouse inventory on a timely basis.Coordinates with Category Manager.Route purchase requests from Purchase request mailbox to appropriate associatesTrack status of purchase requests to ensure timely follow up.Follow up and track Capital Expense requests.Assist in implementation of new purchasing system as requiredAssist in office supply fulfillment at Store Support CenterTrack delivery of purchase orders as required.Performs various administrative functions: processing cost/price changes, deal sheets, pack changes; initiating invoicing with accounting; working with vendors on new item information and processing new item forms; filing reports and correspondence.Works with accounting on billing discrepancies.Responsible for invoice reconciliation.Responsible for service level to the stores.Responsible for store communications via telephone and e-mail.Data InputJOB REQUIREMENTS
