　　DESCRIPTION

　　Production Clerk – Maintenance

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

　　Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels, internal and external to the organization;

　　Answering phones, prepare correspondence and documents;

　　Following approved Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring internal controls are strictly complied with;

　　Accurate data entry, reporting and update / create spreadsheets;

　　Other projects and duties as assigned;

　　Daily filing and administrative duties;

　　Requirements:

　　Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)preferred.

　　High level of critical thinking, logical thinking and analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts;

　　Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team;

　　Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines;

　　Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;

　　Attention to detail in all areas of work;

　　Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity; Confident, consistent, decisive and strong personality;

　　Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends

　　Experience in manufacturing or food processing environment preferred

　　2+ years administrative support experience preferred
