ACTALENT IS HIRING PHARMACY TECHNICIANS // HYBRID SCHEDULE

　　Job Description:

　　We are currently on the lookout for dedicated Registered Pharmacy Technicians to join our dynamic call-center team. The role entails handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, managing patients' prescriptions, and ensuring the highest level of service and confidentiality. As a key player in our operations, you will be instrumental in verifying patient information, inputting prescription orders into our system, and working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to meet the needs of patients and providers promptly.

　　Hard Skills:

　　Valid Florida Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician license

　　High School Diploma or GED required

　　1-2 years of pharmacy work experience preferred

　　Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite

　　Experience with prescription processing and knowledge of pharmacy operations

　　Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle service challenges

　　Ability to diffuse situations with upset patients or providers

　　Highly efficient in data entry within pharmacy processing systems

　　Work Environment

　　This is a 100% remote position based in Florida. Candidates will need a private workspace and reliable internet connection, with equipment provided including a laptop and headset.

　　There is a potential for on-site work in Lake Mary, FL in the future.

　　Working hours fall between 8 AM-8 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with fixed 30-minute lunch breaks and two 15-minute breaks.
