　　Review photographs of engine mechanical components and determine correct repair direction.Daily Tasks:

　　Monitor incoming photos for review. Answer calls from dealer technicians and advise on correct repair direction based on analysis of photographs.Top 3 Required Skills:

　　Ability to visually analyze differences in photographs

　　Excellent Communication skills and phone etiquette.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

　　Desired Skills: Organizational skills, Engine mechanical/Technical background
