A small, but quickly growing, engineering firm with several locations throughout the US is hiring a REMOTE Electrical Drafter to join their team. This firm has a diverse group of individuals who work as a team toward one common goal – to make VA facilities safer for those who have served our nation. In 10 years of business, the company has progressively spread from the East coast to the West coast. Their electrical engineering team provides several services including: Comprehensive Electrical Systems Studies, Emergency Generator Design, and Correcting Electrical Deficiencies. This position is open as they cannot keep up with their workload.

　　Qualifications:

　　Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Design or Related Field

　　1-2 Years of Professional Experience in an MEP or Infrastructure Engineering Firm Preferred

　　Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Preferred

　　Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy

　　Job Description:

　　Electrical drafting support for VA projects across the United States

　　Creating and revising electrical drawings based on field survey data and instruction by supervising Designer/Engineer.

　　Produce accurate and organized documents for review by the Designer/Engineer using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

　　Work with engineers and other professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and electrical codes.
