Description

　　We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in processing deposits, managing lien waivers, overseeing Accounts Receivable, and excelling in collections.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Financial Transactions Processing:

　　Efficiently process and record incoming deposits, including checks and ACH transactions.

　　Safeguard all deposit-related documentation in the accounting software.

　　Regulatory Compliance:

　　Skillfully handle the processing of lien waivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Accounts Receivable Management:

　　Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable aging report.

　　Send monthly statements to customers via email/mail to ensure timely payments.

　　Collections Expertise:

　　Proactively request and pursue delinquent accounts identified in the aging report.

　　Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, with a focus on deposit processing, lien waivers, AR management, and collections.

　　Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

　　Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

　　Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

　　Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external clients.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
