　　What you will do:

　　Performs all aspects of Echo testing including but not limited to Echo/with doppler, TEE, stress echo.

　　Equipment resource maintenance-displays knowledge of all equipment specific to area of testing. Basic trouble shooting skills for minor problems.

　　Facilitates the department preparation for accreditation with the ICAEL, JCAHO, AOA, and other regulatory agencies.

　　Time management-balances the demands of multiple assignments. Understands or determines priorities and orders work in such a way that results are consistently achieved on time and quality service is provided to all. Consider the volume of acceptable work accomplished and the efficient use of work time.

　　Seeks input from cardiologists and other resources to enhance technical skills.

　　What you need:

　　Registered by the ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) as

　　RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer)

　　OR

　　Registered by CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) as

　　a. RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer)

　　OR

　　Registry eligible as per ARDMS or CCI Guidelines

　　Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification or completion of certification within the probationary period.

　　Demonstrates a customer service orientation with patients and family members.

　　Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written. Able to communicate
