　　The IT Systems Engineer will report to the Applications/Development & Integrations Manager and will have in scope the end-to-end product management of assigned applications and systems. They will work closely with stakeholders, the IT Support Center, Infosec team, and others, exemplifying proactive engagement and an “IT as a partner” mentality.

　　WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

　　With IT leadership’s direction and support, designing and building Group14’s:

　　Identity & access management platforms (Okta, Azure)

　　Productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)

　　Integration platform and workflows (Workato)

　　-Contribute to standardized operating procedures and documentation.

　　-Providing “tier 3” support to the Support Center team.

　　WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

　　- Experience managing and supporting enterprise identity and access management (Okta, Ping, Azure AD).

　　-Working knowledge of common applications like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, etc.

　　-An eagerness to learn and to build from the ground up.

　　OTHER QUALITIES WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:

　　- Familiarity with information security and data privacy practices, e.g. NIST SP 800-53, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA.

　　-Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs, basic scripting (Python, Go), low/no-code platforms (Okta Workflows, Workato).

　　-Hands-on knowledge of identity practices, e.g. passwordless authentication, step-up authorization, privileged access management.

　　The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. All positions come with a company bonus and stock options. The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
