DescriptionThe Relationship Banker II processes routine and complex financial transactions for members in person and virtually, as well as follow up activities by phone and email. The Representative is focused on building strong relationships with new and existing members.Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:Job Duties:Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts, including business, trusts, fiduciary, IRA accountsProcess routine and complex financial transactions for members quickly and accurately (including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, IRA), in compliance with regulations and guidelinesProvide the highest quality of service to all members; promptly address member concerns and/or escalate to leadership when appropriateEngage with members to understand needs and recommend financial solutions that best fit their goals, based on First Tech's suite of product offeringsParticipate in campaigns, cross-selling and making referrals when appropriate using the online tracking and CRM systemsPerform account maintenance activities including updating member contact and personal informationPerform follow-up activities and outbound calls for new and existing membersActively partner with other business units in sales and service activitiesParticipate in orientation of new representatives as requiredEssential Skills:Minimum six months' experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in financial servicesExcellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logicallyDemonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environmentAbility to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and serviceStrong critical thinking and decision-making skills with attention to detailWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School Diploma or equivalentLocation:Bella Bottega Experience Center - Redmond, WATarget Compensation in Redmond, WA: $21.63 to $30.29per hour + quarterly incentiveBenefits options include:Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage401K matching up to 5% per pay periodAccrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment11 paid federal holidaysSpecial employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria)What makes First Tech different?
