　　About the role

　　What you need to know:

　　AIG is on a multi-year transformation program to standardize and centralize reinsurance processing. We are looking for an experienced Reinsurance Application consultant who will be key in application maintenance, technical design, test coordination, and user validation engagement. In this role, you will be working with the Sapiens Technology delivery partner to ensure their solution meets AIG’s Reinsurance business needs, aligns with AIG’s technology strategy, and can be rolled out to a Global AIG Reinsurance portfolio.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for integrating the Reinsurance technology platforms and enabling seamless end to end Reinsurance business processes by defining process flows, data flows, etc.

　　Design of batch flow, scheduling, performance improvement and coordinate the financial close along with the business group.

　　Will work on prioritization, user story reviews and UAT coordination for enhancements in production landscape.

　　Responsible of application upgrades, and facilitation of project rollouts to production.

　　Responsible for ensuring the application performance, data consistency across different integrating partners.

　　Will be supporting the audits, steady state solution, regression test validation and transition from project to BAU.

　　What we’re looking for:

　　5+ years of experience working in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry.

　　BS in Computer Science or relevant IT experience; Accounting Degree is a plus.

　　Finance, Insurance Accounting, Insurance, and Reinsurance Collections knowledge are a plus.

　　Current experience working with Sapiens Reinsurance Master solution.

　　Experience with validating reinsurance data, user coordination, and reconciliation.

　　Experience with using reinsurance platforms and technical accounting.

　　A team player who collaborates well with their peers and seeks the best solutions.

　　Ability to get into the details of reinsurance concepts and manage up to senior leaders and IT stakeholders.

　　For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $90,000-$120,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
