　　A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Reimbursement Specialist,

　　This role will be responsible for working claims for resolution, obtaining, and sending medical records, and customer service support. The top three activities this role will spend the most time performing are requesting, reviewing, and submitting medical records and working claims to make sure they are correctly processed.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

　　High School Diploma or equivalent GED, or equivalent work experience.Two years of health insurance billing with experience in identifying and resolving claim issues for procedures/testsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong analytics and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skillsTyping speed of 30 or more words per minute, with 90% or greater accuracy.One year minimum experience in a Reimbursement Specialist, role with one company.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

　　Preferred experience collaborating with patients, providers, and insurance plans throughout the billing cycle.2-year degree preferred and/or equivalent job experience.Preferred minimum of three years of health insurance billing with experience in identifying and resolving claim issuesTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
