Job Summary:

　　The Rehab Therapy UST Team Leader will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the Rehab Therapy USTs (Therapy Aides) and student aides. Duties include participating in the interviewing, orientation, training and scheduling of UST and Student Aides. Monitoring of job duties and compliance with department expectations. This role administers all aspects of patient care and management in compliance with department policies and procedures. Supervision of this position is minimal; supervises Rehab Therapy USTs and student aides.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　NYS licensed & registered Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist, degree required for licensure, and four years experience to include one year in a leadership role required. CPR-BLS certification required at time of appointment.
