Job Details The Rehab Services Coordinator is responsible for: Managing clerical staff, Overseeing front office functions and for all clerical duties including patient intake, Scheduling, registering patients Verifying insurances, Tacking insurance authorizations, collecting copays, Answering phones and providing general administrative support functions. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required. Strong managerial, communication, and customer service skills Able to work in a fast paced front office environment. Able to multitask, prioritize duties, and have strong organizational skills. Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required. Salary Range USD $21.36 - USD $32.30 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
