Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a respiratory therapist to join our team! The staff respiratory therapist is responsible for the pulmonary care of those patients assigned to them. This care will include initiation and implementation of a pulmonary care plan, with the supervision of or in consultation with a physician. Aspects of care provided include assessments, diagnostics, treatment, education, and discharge planning. The advanced credential, RRT is required to fulfill the special roles of bronchoscopy support, pulmonary diagnostics, and pulmonary rehab. Work Schedule: 8 or 12 hrs nights or evenings as needed. Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Experience preferred, but not necessary. RRT credential. MN Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) registration, required Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
