We are currently hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our National Lutheran Communities & Services team. We would count on you to provide care for your residents the way you'd care for the needs of your own family. You mainly would be focusing on assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of your residents. This would also include ensuring continuity and quality of care by leading, training and supervising as needed.

　　The salary range is $38-$49 based on years of experience

　　Requirements

　　You will need an active RN License, a degree in nursing and the ability to work independently, have a passion for excellence and compassion for people. If you have experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants, great! However, we do welcome new RN’s and will work to train you on our processes and culture.
