　　Responsibilities

　　Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff

　　Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned

　　Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned

　　How to be a successful candidate:

　　Have at least1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility

　　Have at least1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged

　　Have excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

　　Qualifications

　　Must have an active RN license in the state of PA.

　　1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting, preferred
