What You'll Do
Maintain a caseload and work with other members of the Medical Team to promote stability, recovery, and community integrationMonitor vital signs, glucose, medication side effects, etc. and report findings as requiredAdminister and provide medication to patients according to physician/ANP/PA ordersWork with team and patient in developing/following the optimal treatment/service planParticipate in facilitating crisis interventions, referrals, and hospitalizations as appropriateGood To Know
