　　DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

　　South Wing 5 is a dedicated, growing team, with an engaged Manager, committed to the professional growth and development of her team, and dedicated to patient experience.

　　Providing care for the adult patient population with 32 beds, primarily surgical and trauma with medical intercare overflow.

　　This unit offers participation in nurse driven change projects, great nursing ratios, and optimal support staff.

　　SCHEDULE:

　　Full Time Nights 7 PM - 7 AM

　　Every other weekend and rotating holidays

　　Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield

　　Pay:

　　New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure) $41.00

　　Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $42.66-$65.00

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

　　Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

　　Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

　　Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
