　　Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $45 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!

　　Nursing schedule includes;

　　Full-time; 64 hours in two weeks

　　Shift is 9am-5:30pm. 8 hours with 1/2 hour lunch break.

　　Every Other Weekend

　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

　　Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

　　RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

　　Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Current MN RN license or by start date

　　AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

　　(3 week grace period for BLS)

　　Preferred:

　　Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

　　Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

　　Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

　　Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
