　　Details about this exciting opportunity:

　　Part-Time, 21 hours/week Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work with the Yonkers NNORC program.

　　Flexible hours!

　　Compensation: $37k-$40k/year.

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Integrating expert health case management services under the auspices of the NNORC for the identification and management of high-risk members.

　　Meeting the health promotion needs of the healthier and more functional members/senior,

　　Presenting educational workshops on important trending health topics.

　　If you have the following:

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have valid NYS RN or LPN license.

　　A valid driver’s license to make home visits or to attend NNORC events in Yonkers is required.

　　At least 3-5 years’ experience in Nursing.

　　Experience with seniors is a plus!

　　And Attributes:

　　Computer literacy.

　　Ability to work independently and with a team to provide services to the NNORC team.
